Welcome to MS Enterprises. By using our website or booking any of our appliance repair, maintenance, servicing, or cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before requesting our services.
1. Scope of Services
MS Enterprises provides repair, maintenance, inspection, servicing, and cleaning solutions for various home and kitchen appliances, including kitchen chimneys, built-in hobs, cooktops, cooking ranges, built-in ovens, microwave ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, air conditioners, and other eligible household appliances.
Service availability may vary depending on your location, appliance type, brand, model, and technician availability.
2. Service Booking and Appointments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking a service, including:
Customer name and contact details
Complete service address
Appliance type, brand, and model
Description of the appliance problem
Preferred appointment time, where applicable
Appointment times provided by MS Enterprises are approximate and may change due to traffic, weather conditions, technician availability, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Inspection and Repair Estimates
An inspection or diagnosis may be required before determining the exact cause of an appliance problem.
Any estimate provided before inspection or diagnosis should be considered indicative. The final cost may change if additional faults are identified or replacement parts are required.
Repair work will generally be carried out after the applicable charges are communicated to and accepted by the customer.
4. Service Charges and Payments
Applicable service charges, inspection fees, labour charges, and replacement-part costs will be communicated to the customer as applicable.
Replacement parts, if required, may be charged separately from labour or service charges unless they are specifically included in an agreed service package.
Payment should be made through the payment methods accepted by MS Enterprises, as communicated at the time of service.
5. Spare Parts and Replacements
If an appliance requires replacement components, MS Enterprises may provide suitable parts based on compatibility, quality, availability, and the appliance’s requirements.
The availability of specific branded or original components may depend on the manufacturer, supplier, model, and market availability.
The cost of replacement parts may be separate from service or labour charges unless otherwise specified.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
Provide accurate information about the appliance and reported problem
Provide technicians with safe and reasonable access to the appliance
Inform technicians about previous repairs or known issues
Ensure the service location is reasonably accessible and safe
Follow reasonable instructions provided by technicians during the service
MS Enterprises will not be responsible for delays, unsuccessful service visits, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Repair and Service Warranty
Where a warranty is specifically provided for a particular repair or replacement part, the warranty will apply only according to the terms communicated at the time of service.
A service warranty may not cover:
Unrelated appliance faults
Physical or accidental damage
Misuse or improper operation
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Electrical power fluctuations or related damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by external circumstances
Faults unrelated to the original repair
Warranty terms may vary depending on the type of repair, appliance, and replacement component.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment by contacting MS Enterprises in advance.
Repeated last-minute cancellations, customer unavailability, incorrect service addresses, or situations where the technician cannot reasonably access the appliance may result in an applicable visit or inspection charge.
Any applicable cancellation or visit charges will be communicated to the customer.
9. Limitation of Liability
MS Enterprises and its technicians will take reasonable care while providing services. However, we shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from circumstances such as:
Existing or pre-existing appliance defects
Manufacturer-related issues
Appliance failure unrelated to the performed service
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Normal deterioration of old or damaged appliances
Electrical, water, gas, or other external issues affecting appliance operation
Customers understand that repair or servicing of an existing appliance may not guarantee that other unrelated components will continue to operate without failure.
